30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee We want you to love your Upliffy purchase. If you are not completely satisfied we will make it right. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund.
Eligible For a Full Refund
- Item arrived damaged or defective
- Wrong item was delivered
- Item never arrived after 30 business days
Eligible For a Return
- Item is unworn, unwashed and in original packaging
- Return is requested within 30 days of delivery
- Customer covers return shipping cost
Not Eligible For a Refund
- Items that have been worn or washed
- Items returned after 30 days
- Sale or clearance items
- Items damaged due to misuse
How To Start a Return Email us at support@upliffy.com with your order number and reason for return. We respond within 24-48 business hours. Do not send anything back without contacting us first.
Refund Processing Once your return is received and inspected we will process your refund within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
Lost or Stolen Packages If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order please contact us within 7 days and we will investigate and resolve it for you.
